Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through our website. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every furniture purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled (where applicable), free from damage, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and hardware included.

  • Furniture that has been assembled, modified, damaged due to misuse, or is missing original components may not be eligible for return.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, clearance items, and personalized or custom-made furniture.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our support team at info@skorix.us with your order number and photos showing the item's current condition.

Step 2: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee

Defective or Damaged Products: If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong item or no longer wish to keep it, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

5. Return Address

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the furniture item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
